Change with the Weather

I was playing around last night on the world wide web and found an awesome tutorial to make your website change as the weather changes. Obviously all we are really changing is the CSS file used to style the page, but we need a little PHP and good old Yahoo Weather to implement it. Check it out!

    I came across this video a long time ago and thought it was so cool that it changed with the weather. I always wondered how it did that.
